Finding the Pot of Gold On K’Gari (Fraser Island) |

We finally made it to the infamous K’Gari or more commonly known Fraser Island. A trip we had talked about We got a crew together for the week-long trip to Australias and the worlds largest sand island. Unlucky for us, we had timed this trip perfectly with an incoming cyclone. Which brought in king tides, strong winds and some very brown looking water as we found out on our first night camping on the east side. Luckily for us, we had a mate who had come to the island a few times and knew a mostly unknown camp spot, on a sheltered beach with crystal clear water and blue sky. This trip was more time to enjoy catching up with some friends and relax over the break. I still managed to get the camera out a couple of times when the sun came out and capture some moments.

I shot these photos on my Sony A7iii and a DJI Mavic 2 Pro
