A Weekend In Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park (Ayres Rock) Australia

Uluru, Australia, holds a special place in my heart, and I was fortunate to experience its breathtaking beauty firsthand. The mesmerizing transformation of Uluru's colours during sunrise and sunset is a filmmaker's dream come true.

During my unforgettable weekend at Ayers Rock, I had the privilege of witnessing the captivating sunrise each morning and savouring the serene sunsets, all while sharing a few moments with friends. I explored the stunning Kata Tjuta, basked in the mesmerizing Field of Lights, and embarked on a thrilling camel tour at sunrise.

This journey allowed me to capture the diverse and vibrant colours of the heart of Australia, all as part of a passion project during my holiday. Join me as I share my experience through the lens, of creating travel films that encapsulate the essence of this remarkable destination.

The video below is my first attempt at colour grading and shooting entirely in Slog2, edited with Color Finale Pro on Final Cut Pro. It was shot using a Sony A7iii with a Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 lens and gimbal shots with a Ronin S.
